Repair & Troubleshooting
Lights not working? We diagnose and fix any low-voltage landscape lighting system — including systems we didn't install and systems whose original installer is long gone.

What's usually wrong
"A whole zone is dark"
Usually a transformer tap, tripped breaker, or a cut wire — mulching crews and shovels are the classic culprits.
"Lights on at the wrong times"
Timers drift after power blinks. We reset, reprogram, and recommend controls that recover on their own.
"One fixture out, then another"
Corroded connections or failing lamps. We use weather-resistant Q-Lock connections that don't rot in Florida soil.
"Lights are dim or flickering"
Voltage drop from undersized wire or overloaded transformer runs — common on systems installed as a landscaping afterthought.
"It never looked quite right"
Sometimes nothing is broken — the system was just never designed or aimed. We can rework what you have before recommending anything new.
Orphaned system?
Original installer gone, no wiring map, no idea what's buried where? That's most of the systems we take over. We document everything as we repair it, so your system is never a mystery again — and we can keep it healthy on a maintenance plan.
