The objective is not to install the most fixtures. It's to create a nighttime environment that feels natural, balanced, and timeless — designed on your property, not on a spec sheet.
The walk-through
We walk your property with you — at your pace, ideally near dusk. We listen for how you use the space, then identify focal points: mature oaks, royal palms, architecture, water features, outdoor living areas.
A comprehensive plan with options
Not a count of fixtures — a layered design: canopy, trunk, architectural, path, and moonlighting, with beam spreads and color temperatures chosen per feature. You'll see options at different investment levels, priced clearly.
Professional installation
High-tap transformers with room to grow, 12/2 direct-burial wire (10/2 on long runs), weather-resistant Q-Lock connections, risers so uplights survive mulching and plant growth, and proper stakes for Florida conditions.
Night aiming
No install is finished in daylight. We return after dark and adjust every fixture until glare disappears, trees look dimensional, and the whole composition balances from your primary viewing angles.
Built to still look right in year five
Plans routinely omit what a quality install actually requires: risers, proper mounting, correctly sized transformers and wire runs, beam angles matched to each application. Those aren't upsells — they're the difference between a system that looks right on day one and one that still looks right in year five. Every install is backed by a 5-year standard warranty (10 years on premium LED systems) and can move straight onto a maintenance plan.
